• We will gladly accept returns, except on custom or personalized orders. All items must be returned within 30 days after delivery. We do not accept exchanges, but we will work with you to ensure you are happy with her products and services.

• Most of our products are custom made so shipping will vary, but estimated shipping times are 7 to 14 business days from the time your order is placed. All other items (not custom), ships in 3-5 business days.
